Who Are We?

We Believe in the Power of Movement

At PAC Personal Training, we go beyond simply making sports and healthy living a lifestyle—we’re on a journey to help every individual reach their full potential. Led by Ozan ŞİRİKÇİ and supported by our professional team of expert trainers, we view fitness not merely as an exercise routine, but as an experience where the body and mind are strengthened in harmony. Located in the heart of Etiler, right next to Akmerkez, we look forward to welcoming you to our center, equipped with modern facilities and a science-based approach.

Personalized Approach, Professional Solutions

Every body is different, and therefore every training program should be different. With our wide range of services—from fitness, equipment-based Pilates, functional training, mobility, and suspension training to stretching, movement mechanics correction, and post-sports injury orthopedic rehabilitation—we design programs tailored to your specific goals. We’re here to help you not only stay in shape but also move correctly, live pain-free, and take your performance to the next level.

Redefining Movement

At PAC, fitness takes on a meaning that goes beyond traditional gyms. By combining modern training methodologies with scientific approaches, we understand your body’s needs and provide the exercise strategies that work best for you. Whether you’re a beginner, an experienced athlete, or recovering from an injury, our team of experts is here to help you reach your goals through safe and effective workouts. Because we believe that movement is not just about muscle strength—it’s about quality of life.
